Here are some online resources that I have used when I needed a quick reset. Take a look or try them out, get inspired, and start building your own library of resources to release energy and keep you anchored. Have fun with it! QUICK QIGONG
Qigong is great to release old energy and call in new energy. I found this 5 minute reset on YT which resembles what I do daily.
MEDITATION
I use binaural beats when I meditate and when I need to focus. This zen music puts me in a very positive state, whether I'm meditating or if I need to block out external noise (and energy) to focus.
THE BREATH
Oceanic breathing (Ujjayi) is explained and demonstrated really well in this video and gives some context as to why I use this type of breath throughout the masterclass.
