This session begins with a conversation, during which we will explore your concerns and set an intention for the session. Then, it is recommended that you lie down in a safe, quiet, and comfortable space where you will not be disturbed for the duration of the session (ex. keep your ringer on “do not disturb”). Laying on your bed or on the floor on a yoga mat should be fine. You are encouraged to have water nearby, wear loose comfortable clothing, and any blankets you may need to feel safe and warm.

What will you experience? It depends! Sessions may result in physical manifestations in your body, including feeling warmth/cold, intense shaking, a sensation of calm, joy, bliss, and laughing; releasing dense energy which can cause crying, dizziness, burping, nausea, yawning, coughing; and sensations that may feel like an energetic shock or current. These physical manifestations occur spontaneously and are not within the control of any human being. The Divine is at work -- your pure and sacred Spiritual team is working -- I am merely a conduit. Alternatively, you may not feel any physical manifestation of what is occurring on the energetic level at all... everyone is different.

You are encouraged to verbalize any sensations or manifestations you experience during your session and maintain an awareness that this session is operating from a space of unconditional love.
